The location was convenient for my event at the o2 arena. A bus stop right outside made getting around simple. The room had ample space and included a useful fridge. I liked the easy instructions for accessing the building (this was key for a smooth arrival).
The floor could use a deeper clean, i noticed some dust under the radiator.

I asked to extend my stay, and the staff made the process quite easy. The instructions to access the building were straightforward. I did appreciate this aspect of their service (it made arrival stress-free).

location was superb, i found many places for dine out. the host respond quickly to every request i have. the bed was pretty amazing, i sleep very comfortably and the room was so clean, what a experience!
my room was near the street and that cause a lot of noise, wasn't a big deal but i need to mention it.

the location is quite convenient , with supermarkets like sainsbury's and tesco within a short walk. several takeaway options are nearby. the bus stop is directly outside . i especially appreciated the unexpected balcony , it really exceeded my expectations and added a lot to my stay.
the room became quite hot , the table fan in the room didn't really help much and one of the window panes was broken.
